Vitamin D and Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a chronic, genetically determined skin disease. Two factors are necessary for this disease to appear. One of them is constant but it can not cause clinical symptoms of psoriasis by itself. The disease will appear only when the first factor is joined by yet another factor. The continuous causal factor with psoriasis is of genetic origin and for disease to occur triggering factors are necessary.
