- Chick Pea – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Tomato – 3-4 nos.
- Finely Chopped Palak/Spinach – 4 cup
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 nos.
- Ginger – 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped Onion – 1 cup
- Chopped Garlic – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Hing – a pinch
- Cumin Seed – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 3-4 tbsp
- Dry Red Chili – 2-3 nos.
- Kaju – 4-5 nos.

Instructions To Cook Palak Chole Saag
Step 1
Heat the ghee in a pan on medium flame, add kaju
Step 2
Fry it till turns little golden brown, keep aside
Step 3
Wash and soak the chickpea for 5-6 hour
Step 4
Cook the chickpea in a pressure cooker with salt, cinnamon stick, clove and tea bags
Step 5
Cook it till the chickpea gets soft
Step 6
In a grinder, add onion, garlic and ginger, make a fine paste and keep aside
Step 7
Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame, add hing, green chilli and cumin seed, fry for 3 min\
Step 8
Add onion paste, turmeric powder, a little salt and coriander powder
Step 9
Fry it till turns little golden brown
Step 10
Add the tomatoes and palak, mix well
Step 11
Cook it till the palak gets soft
Step 12
Add boiled chickpea and mix well, fry for 5-6 min
Step 13
Add garam masala and mix well
Step 14
Garnish with fried kaju - Serve hot curry with paratha/naan/rice
