- ½ litre of water
- 2 large carrots
- 1 grapefruit
- two slices of grated ginger
- 1 cucumber
- mint leaves
Start by preparing the fruits and vegetables, which includes peeling the carrots, cucumber and grapefruit. Cut them into slices and then put them in a blender. Blend for one minute, and then add water and ginger. Continue blending until you get a liquid beverage that you can easily drink. Add the mint leaves, and blend for 30 more seconds.
The recommended dose of the detox drink is two glasses per day, once in the morning on an empty stomach and once before lunch.
