Ingredients

2 cups chopped seedless watermelon

1 cup strawberries

1 cup non -flavoured low-fat yogurt

 

Method To Make Watermelon Smoothie

Blend all the ingredients with ice and serve immediately.

 

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup chopped fresh mango

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 cups low fat plain yogurt

1/2 cup low-fat milk

 

Method To Prepare Mango Smoothie

Blend mango and sugar and process until pureed. Add yogurt and milk to this mixture and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves or pistachios

 

Spinach smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups chopped fresh spinach

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 medium banana

1 cup sliced strawberries

2 cups of water
